Yes — Surfside Tower provides parking options for residents. We offer a complimentary parking spot for all 1 year leases, and 2 complimentary spots for all 2+ year leases. Additional parking is available for an annual or monthly fee. Visitor overnight parking is available for the municipal lot located on the corner of Baldwin and East Crows Nest Blvd with a parking pass from the office. Move-in dates depend on unit availability. Once your lease is approved and all paperwork is in, we will coordinate your move-in day and provide further instructions.

Yes, residents can sign leases, pay rent, and handle move-in/move-out amounts via our resident portal.

 We provide beach chair booking (with setup and takedown included). Due to high demand, we recommend reserving early—especially during summer.

Maintenance requests can be submitted online through the resident portal or directly to management. Emergencies are handled promptly — call our office after hours if immediate attention is needed.

No, standard utilities (electricity, water, cable/internet) are not included in rent unless otherwise stated in your lease.

Yes — guests are welcome, subject to reasonable limits. Surfside Tower maintains a quiet, respectful community environment. Excessive noise, disturbances, or violations of common area rules may result in lease consequences. Smoking is not permitted on the premises. 

You must give written notice (e.g. 30 or 60 days) prior to lease end. Please refer to your lease agreement for exact terms and required forms.
