Pet Policy at Surfside Tower
At Surfside Tower, we understand that pets are part of the family — and we’re proud to offer a pet-friendly community that welcomes your four-legged companions!
📋 Pet Requirements
To ensure the comfort and safety of all residents (including the furry ones), we ask that pet owners follow the guidelines below:
Allowed Pet Types:
• Domesticated dogs and cats only.
• No exotic animals, farm animals, or wildlife.
• Residents may have up to two pets per apartment.
• Our community features pet-friendly outdoor areas, nearby dog parks, and easy access to walking paths and green space.
Breed Restrictions:
For insurance and safety reasons, the following breeds (or mixes thereof) are not permitted:
• Pit Bull Terrier
• Rottweiler
• Doberman Pinscher
• German Shepherd
• Chow Chow
• Akita
• Wolf hybrids
(Please contact us for clarification or questions regarding breed restrictions.)
Size Limit:
• Individual pets must not exceed 75 lbs at full maturity.
💰 Pet Fees
• One-Time Pet Fee: $300 per pet (non-refundable)
• Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet
(All pet fees must be paid prior to move-in or at the time a pet is added to the lease.)

🧼 Pet Owner Responsibilities
We kindly ask that all pet owners:
• Clean up after pets in all shared and outdoor areas.
• Keep pets leashed at all times in common areas.
• Ensure pets do not disturb neighbors with excessive barking or aggressive behavior.
Register pets with management before move-in or prior to bringing a pet into the apartment.
🐕🦺 Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals (ESA)
Surfside Tower complies fully with Fair Housing guidelines for residents with service animals or emotional support animals. These animals are not subject to breed, size, or fee restrictions, but documentation may be required. Please contact our leasing office for accommodation details.
